I did the same thing on my 89 200 with Nippondenso compressor just last
week. Actually did it twice, also pulled the needed part off another 89 200
parts car.
I found a tool at a FLAPS in Tucson....Autozone. I would think a comparable
FLAPS in your area might have the same tool.
The tool I bought was made in Taiwan but seems to be well built and it
threaded smoothly into my compressor. It is made double ended, a metric
thread on one end and an sae thread on the other, so I assume it will work
on a number of compressors
There is no brand name on the tool but the number that Autozone uses is
27005. This tool is part of Autozones loaner tool program but they also
sell the tool outright. I don't now remember exactly but was something like
$24.
