Having driven from MA to MI dozens of time, plus CO twice and SD once,
the best way to go through Canada is 401->402. Small roads get old fast
when you are covering this many miles. The best fun that I had was
holding 120 for several hours in NE in the 200. Bring a passport or
birth certificate if you go through Canada since they sometimes ask.
