How to remove door trim on '96 A6

Yesterday I did the TB & Water pump job on my A6.

Today I thought to do something simpler; fix the window regulator on the
driver's door.

But I can't get the interior trim off!

I stripped off the handle, switches and such. And my Bentley shows me where
the trim clips are (I can see the bottom ones).

But I can't figure out how to separate them without breaking something. I
applied as much prying force as I dared, to no avail.

Any suggestions?
