I picked up a few non-turbo eurolights from local wrecking yards for cheap - 
if you enjoy an occasional stroll through some mangled cars, and get to know 
the counter people, you can pick parts up for a song (I think I paid around 
C$40 for each light - and some were new).  Yes, you would have to modify the 
grille a bit to make non-turbo euros fit, or get a non-turbo grille like Ben 
mentioned, or....you could get your hands on a Audi V8 hood - it fits the 
non-turbos quite well.  That's what I did, and you can see the result in:

I can't take credit for this mod - Paul Fernandes of Custom Auto Craft gets 
the nod.
The reason you'll find non-turbo euros more cheaply and plentifully is that 
the non-turbo eurolights were used in the production of FAW Audis in China 
(where, apparently, they're still using the Type 44 body)
