high beams won't turn off!

I have had relays fail and do this but it's not likely they both would fail. 
Or maybe blau put both on one.  I used one relay for each beam, high, low, 
left, right.
I'm going to guess something in the head light switch.
Find the signal wire to the high beam relay and open it up(disconnect).  If 
lights go out trouble is upstream,  if lights stay on suspect the relay.
