IIRC, the 90Q is similar:

The red and blue electrical connector things unscrew, as I recall.
You might find the job easier if you remove more than just the pump -
disconnect tank to pump hose, disconnect filter outlet, remove entire
tray to work on bench.
You should be able to disconnect the FP wires under the back seat if you
can't get them of under the car.
You'll probably need a handful of those rubber bushing/stud things that
mount the tray and the pump.
By the way, that's almost $400 in new parts in the photo.
