Charlestown, part of Boston, is a tight knit community -- "code of
silence" close knit.

A few kids decided to rob a bank, so they head 20 miles north on I-95
to Andover, an affluent town (go where the money is).  They pull the
job and drive back down I-95.  At the bottom of the exit ramp to
Charlestown, they are greeted by a bunch of cop cars, cops with guns
drawn.

Thief: "How'd you know?"

Cop: "Next time you pull a bank job, don't wear you Charleston
Hockey jacket that has your name and number on it."
