Trying to validate if seller is legit

The only thing the below that doesn't wreak of "Nigerian in the UK" is
that he didn't put "SCAM" in the subject line and his "barrister" isn't
handling the transaction.
Just take your $200 and set fire to it, it'll light up the area for a few
seconds, more than you'll get for it if you send it to this scammer.
