Timing marks V6

There are no timing marks on a V6 cam pulley. Cam position is accomplished  
with a cam bar. There are marks on the cam shafts themselves.  Start  
reading the Bently and doing some research, then you will have lots of  
questions. If you have a 5 valve I can give you some information. I understand  your 
question..... I was confused at first.....Bur remember..... just to  keep in 
the German tradition..... TDC refers to the #3 piston! Good Luck.
