Position #6, despite the book's insistence on #5. And it wasn't the
problem. Toasty tubular connector in the plug at the switch, and the
plastic plug housing was crispy, as well. Pulled one out of the 90 20v
donor car, which also shows signs of heat, and replaced both the end of
the wire and the black portion of the housing. In case the word hasn't
gotten out, my old 90 20v bit the dust at the hands of the new owner,
and parts are available. Onward .................!
