Would NG engine mate to 4KQ tranny/chassis?

I knew Huw was the man for this one, but one comment inline.

Since Louis already has a 4kq/Quantum engine in the car couldn't he just 
re-use his existing intake manifold? Knowing Louis I'd take a guess and say 
that he found said '91 80 either in a junk yard or for sale locally and is 
looking at making the best use of it's parts while upgrading one of the 
Quantum's (aka 4kq Avant). In other words, a swap of opportunity rather than 
a specific hunt for an upgrade.
