avant wreck and CGT update

I got a cam gear (thank you Tom Saltino!) and the Avant runs.

I installed a new fuel pump (thanks David Giannandrea) which got the ball
rolling, but ultimately I had to remove the gas tank and flush it. Coupe GT
is now running.

Finally on a less upbeat note, today the back window of my V8 5spd was
broken out. A beef marrow bone, sans any evidence of marrow was found on the
rear deck. This bone is strikingly similar to the ones we give our dogs in
the back yard. All I can think is a squirrel or a crow carried up into our
front-yard tree, under which the 5spd is parked, and dropped it. Super
annoyed.

I've had to argue with my insurance re the value of my 91 Avant.
Fortunately I've had the same local agent for years and he went to bat for
me, so instead of a "$1160 total" they paid $4300 for repairs. I don't like
