I'm buying an A4!

I did debate whether to wait for the new A4, but all the doubt about what
will they change, what will they allow us to buy etc., made me pull the
trigger now because I wanted a manual or a DSG, and I don't need the 3.0 v6
engine in the S4.  I tried an A5 but it's too low, headroom is a problem
for me (I'm 6'5").

I'm expecting that a new A4 will be shown to the world in Spring 2015, be
on sale in Europe in summer 2015, and make its way to the US in early
2016.  I wouldn't think that Audi would bother to make many changes to the
A4 for the last model year in the US market (2015), but we won't know until
the info on the 2015 comes out in a month or two.

When the new A4 comes to the US in two years I'll have to look at it very
closely, but I can't see myself jumping unless a miracle happens (e.g.
AudiUSA lets me buy it without a sunroof and with a stick.)

I'll put some feelers into the quattro-list and audiworld classifieds for
my old car, see what kind of attention it draws.
