You rotated the distributor?

So now your ignition timing is off (see symptoms 1 and 2).

If the flywheel and the camshaft(s) agree at TDC (IGNORE the front of 
crankshaft/vibration damper mark), put a timing light on it (per the 
manual, you might have to disconnect some things to benchmark idle 
timing) and put the dizzy at whatever BTDC setting the manual calls for.

Or tinker by ear/hand/driving test.

Your static advance is probably off by 20-30 degrees.
