[s-cars] Labor Estimates for RS2 Conversion -Part II

Per Mitchell Guide:

Turbo + pipes = 4.6 hours
Exhaust Manifold = 3.6 hours

Cam -- I don't have listing.

Also, the operations are listed separately, and I'm sure the 3.6 for the EM
overlaps the 4.6 for the Turbo/Lines. Turbo alone R&I is 2.8, so if you
added .8 for R&I a Stock ME, then (??guess??) double it for the rs2 (cutting
some studs to shorten them, then some very difficult nuts under the
manifold) you'd be 2.8+1.6+1.8(lines) = 6.2 hours for the turbo/EM change.

	Cody:

If you can find your way around the keyboard to send this message,
there are
some of these you can/should do yourself ( marked DIY):

	RS2 Injectors - 15-30 minutes - DIY
	RS2 MAF - 10 minutes - DIY
RS2 Fuel Pressure Regulator(need depends on software) - 10 minutes
-DIY

The above are very easy! The rest are somewhat more difficult. I've
got a
Mitchell labor guide in my office and will revert with book labor
hours in
	the morning:

RS2 or Garrett K26/T04 Turbo - Med Hard
	- Oil/Coolant Lines to Turbo (only if Garrett)
	- RS2 Exhaust Manifold - Med Hard
	RS2 Exhaust Cam - Med

	regards,
	Bob
