Rant.

OK, I'll retract my "enormous F U to ECS" comment from my earlier post.
Figured I'd share with all the resolution to the matter, afterall, customer
services goes a very long way (in my worthless book at least).

Just spoke with Tom @ ECS.  He didn't even bat an eye at the situation...
for my troubles, he's overnighting the 2nd pad sensor and crediting me $50
for my inconvenience.

This was a perfect response to the situation, one that I felt worth sharing
with you.  People are 10x likely to complain than they are to compliment, so
I figured it was good to speak on ECS's behalf for their handling of the
matter.
