With flame suit firmly in place, I will share my thoughts. I have an A-pillar
dual guage pod from Autometer. It is the one they spec for the A4. With minor
trimming it works like a champ in the urS4 and will probably work fine in
your urS6. I run the A/F ratio and boost guages in the 2 slots. I initially
thought that the A/F meter light show would drive me crazy at night so, I
installed an on/off switch right below it. After living with it for over 2
years, I use it as part of my instrument scan and it does not bother me. The
boost guage along with my tach are my 2 primary instruments for everyday
driving. In fact I'm exploring using a shift light set to bring the RPM
element to a more heads-up display. HTH.
