[s-cars] Washer fluid reservoir

Well, I guess the immense increase in acceleration produced by my mtm
upgrade has caused my washer fluid reservoir to expire.  While changing my
oil/filter today I topped off my washer fluid and soon noticed a large blue
puddle on the garage floor.  How much of a pain is the a$$ is this going to
be?  Do I have to get the replacement at the stealership?

I popped the filter out of my hydraulic reservoir and sure enough it was
looking pretty black (smells like rubber hose).  What is the best solvent to
clean this filter with?
