[s-cars] bucking/boost problem

I have a boost problem under hard acceleration.  My 93 S4 is stock other than
a Forge BPV and an autometer boost gauge.  The car only pulls 10 PSI if I
accelerate slowly to redline, but if I floor it the car tries to pull 15 PSI
but
bucks back down to 10 PSI and so on.  Please help, I'm stumped!
