I've been using the piston 0-ring Forge Valves for about 3 years, never had
to maintain any of them in my car or ones I've installed.

I think the key for higher hp applications is finding a valve with openings
bigger than 1" OD, Greddy, TurboXS, TurboSmart, and Techtonics all have units
that are bigger than that.  I think that over 3-400hp that either a bigger
valve should be used, or 2 of the smaller 1"OD should be used to ensure a
sufficent pressure drop between shifts.
