[s-cars] Steering Servo Disable

Wish I had some helpful info, but I was fortunate this was done by the
previous owner. He carefully installed a toggle switch through the carpet
next to the climate control center. I've had mine switched off since I
bought it; otherwise, the servo has more assist than my grandma's '83
Cadillac Biarritz.
