Pondering this further, our first response is "Oh crap now they can catch 
us", but in reality, how many of us are truly high speed chase suspects? I for 
one will never try to outrun a cop even if I think I can. I feel if I'm guilty 
I'll face the music, and if not guilty I'll face the court.
They have plenty of other ways of tracking us down.
I am however glad to see that they are serious about going after fleeing 
offenders. After all- a rear wheel drive Camero in the mountains in the winter- 
get serious! This was way overdue. Vail and Aspen have for many years used Saabs 
if I'm not mistaken.
