[s-cars] coil problem?

 I checked my plugs the other day and noticed first layer of metal on the #3 coil has started to bend away. Maybe someone dropped it.  I bent it back. Anyone had this happen? Do I need to replace it ? BTW, the plug electrodes were very black. The car still runs fine.
