FLAPs has a generic tool to do this. *Don't* use the channel locks...it's a
major PITA this way. I've done it both ways, and it's far easier with the
right tool.

My pad and roter R&R went fine, no problems. Just check to see that your
pads wore evenly on both sides, otherwise you've got something rusted or
hanging up.

BTW, Don Warren was going to do this same job shortly. Maybe the two of you
could split the $14 generic tool! :)
