I'm about to have all my rear bushing changed because I can feel the
effect in stability.

Inpecting them on a lift doesn't really show much; little tears in the
rubber maybe, a bit of play when pried with a BF prybar.  I would say
yours are old enough.  Expect a cost of 10 hours, directly or
indirectly.
