[s-cars] How fast is a chipped URS4/S6?

I was checking out this guy's auction on eBay and it appears to be a 95 S6 =
with Stage 1 MTM chips as the only mod.  He claims 0-60 in 5.1.  Does that =
sound right for a chipped S6?  Sounds a little too quick for just a chipped=
 car.
