You should  also check the lower seal of the Fuse/Relay box that is under the hood in the rain-tray.  In my car, there was a gap in the seal, causing this problem.  Fixing this helped, but I still get the soggy right foot at times (at least I did last time I drove the car at Christmas :-(  ), so would be curious to hear if you solve your problem.

S-car buddies:
After my car has been sitting in the rain when I drive away I'm getting a shower on my right foot.  It's especially annoying when I wear my sandals or my blue suede shoes.  Any similar experiences, especially from you west cost guys?
