I did the conversion on my Coupe. If you are doing the conversion on a Coupe
Quattro, it is pretty straight forward. The wheel bearings are the same
between the S2 and the CQ. You just have to get the hubs and new bearings
(the old bearings are destroyed upon removal of old hubs) and new brake
rotors. The calipers are the same. Alexander Van Gerbig has great pricing on
the complete kit (all new parts), go to his web site:

Or you can try for used parts from Herr Wolff in Germany:

It usually takes a while to get used parts from him because he has to wait
for a wrecker to become available.
If you have a sedan, the wheel bearings are different, fronts are the same as
the rears, and the hubs have different offsets.
If you do the 5 bolt conversion, it is very easy to upgrade to Porsche Big
Reds. RS2 caliper adapters and custom rotor hats (also thru Alexander). That
is the route I went plus RS2 caliper adapters for the rear (requires some
customizing).
Changing to the 5 bolt hubs gives you a huge selection of wheel to choose
from.
