[s-cars] Eibach/Bilstein saga - the outcome, version 1

If you don't want to replace the tie rods, they can be made to adjust
easily. Remove the tie rod from the strut arm, then using large wrench,
like a pipe wrench, remove the tie rod end, and then the threaded
adjuster. Wire brush the threads, put on anti-seize, and replace. They
will be able to adjust with their fingers (well almost). Take a
measurement on the tie rod before removing, so you get it back together
with about the same length. BTDT on my 91 200.

I also need to do another alignment...both of which would be easy except
that my tie rods didn't want to adjust at the last alignment (two weeks
ago) and will have to be replaced.
