[s-cars] wastegate adjustment questions

I actually think that's what's happening. The turbo reaches the maximum
boost a little too soon and then backs it off eventually. In fact, I am
getting only 15-16psi in 5th gear at WOT. The maximum boost rush just comes
on a little too soon and then if I dig deeper into the throttle, it seems as
if it doesn't know what to do because it's moving all the air it can
already. I will back it off 90 degrees or so and try it again. I do know
that the way it was before wasn't completely correct as the car felt aloof
and sluggish at times. Is an ECU reset required after every adjustment or is
that not necessary? Thanks,
Rokas
