Have the rotors surfaced. They're not warped, but were
likely put together after machining.

The Porsche rotors are surfaced precisely to the Porsche
hats. When you replace the Porsche hats with Audi-compatible
hats, you loose planarity (requiring re-surfacing). I have
BIRA Sys 6 and just did mine. It was shuddering under hard
braking. Resurfacing fixed the problem.
