[s-cars] fuel vapor on warm days . . .

This always happens about this time of year in my car here in Denver.  
This is the alcohol in the fuel boiling off due to the early heat.  They 
have not yet changed the formula to summer and the vapor pressure in the 
tank is very high.  If you release the gas cap you can hear it boiling.  
This is not a leak but vapor getting past the canister.
