[s-cars] fuel vapor on warm days

There is a valve and a hose attached to the bottom of the charcoal canister,
which is ofcourse in the right front fender.
The hose I believe discharges before the wheel, but I am not going out to my
car to confirm that.

There is a chance that the valve is failed or failing and dumping the
contents of the canister at the wrong times.
Or it is operating normally, but I have never smelled gas around any S car
that I have seen.
