[s-cars] accelerator pedal cover has popped off??

Marc:  They all break off eventually.  You can either repair it with a
small metal hinge (take the pedal assemby out of the car to make the job
easier - its only held in by a C-clip) (about $4)  or buy a complete new
assembly (about $100).  I drove for two years on the "paper clip"  (it
was like that when I bought the car and I didn't know better).  I didn't
have the cover to add back on so my solution was to buy the new
assembly.  Takes 5 minutes to change.
