i've driven E60s with and without the dynamic roll control and
active steering (which is variable _ratio_ steering, not just variable
assist).  unfortunately, the DRC and AS are part of the sport package
so the ones i drove without DRC and AS also had softer springs and tires.
the E60 M5 does not have DRC or AS - interesting, isn't it?

i wonder how much the V8 S4 will be in a few years.  audis depreciate
a lot more than BMWs.  i have a feeling that the CTS-V will hold its
value much better than most cadillacs.

my friend just scored one for $25k.  new.  he got X-plan (employee)
pricing through another friend, with incentives piled on.
