[s-cars] Intermittant missing.

I have some extremely intermittant missing.  It only occurs when the car is
cold, and not all the time, being very very infrequently, mostly at low
revs.  Once warm, it no longer occurs.

My thoughts:
Plug boots?
Plugs?
A coil issue?

I have discounted the power stage output because it doesn't occur at high
boost.

Any thoughts.  It isn't a huge issue becase it only occurs when cold, but I
would like to figure out what it is and cure it.
