Marc:  Fred Munro and Bob Rossato have pretty much answered your
questions about the survey.  The other way to tel if you have an R12 or
a R134 air con system is the top of the R12 condensor (in front of the
radiator) is a series of "Loch Ness Monster" bumps (where the tubes make
a U-turn and head down again).  The R134 condensor is flat on top and
looks like a small radiator or A/C condensor.
