[s-cars] S4 Won't Start

Thanks Dave and everyone else.  Sounds like I'll just order the stupid
switch and install it whether that was the problem or not.  Anyone know of
any good online directions for replacing the starter?  Looks like it will
come out from the bottom rather than pulling all the manifolds off which
is the other option (painful).  Thanks
