Hey Joe, I talked to shiv and he said that the HKS 3X/37 was the turbo
they where using, somewhat equivalent to the GT30R. He also said that
they made upwards of 500whp on this turbo. The gt35r he claimed was
good to somewhere in the 500+whp range. Does that sound right?

Marc,
Turbo should be around 1200 or so, depending on which
backhousing you go with.
The GT32 is not available in a ball bearing center
section.
The GT35R is.
I believe you can get a T3 flange on the backhousing
if you specify...or just cut the T3 off and weld a T4
on there, whatever's cheaper. :-)
I know that a 1.05 backhousing is available. In
Evoland, us ricers are known to use 0.63's and 0.85's,
but that's on a 2.0L. On 2.2 "strokers", the 1.05 is
somewhat common, so I guess it would be appropriate
for a car with a proper number of cylinders.
