[s-cars] ECS Camber Plate Install

Evan - the modification to make the nut fit up through is not really
to the fender... just the hole in the mount it comes up through. I
have a picture from my install located here

As you can see it's just a tiny conflict on the bottom left there. I
grabbed a pair of vice grips and pulled the lip back a little bit and
it fit perfectly.
