[s-cars] OBD question

If i'm not mistaken, your car should be exempt based on the fact it is a 
gray market car. On my Emissions test computer, it has an option for out-of 
state or out-of-country cars that are not compliant with my particular 
counties OBD2 guidelines. Im not sure what your county will require, but 
there should be a way out. It's my understanding that when our state 
required testing, they wanted to make sure that no one would have any 
hardships due to cars that didn't quite fit the mold of a typical average 
car.
