[s-cars] Bucking under full throttle, update

A bad miss fire can do it.  A defective plug, or one that has been dropped &
damaged.  

You may want to run a leak down on the engine, or at least cylinder #5 and
if suspicious, find some one with a bore scope to take a look inside.  The
little bit, or bits of that electrode went some where.  

I've suspicions a similar electrode loss a year ago last November may have
taken a nibble out of one of the hot side blades in the old turbo in the
Avant leading to its gradually accelerating and ultimate failure @ 15,000
miles latter.
