[s-cars] Daytime running light info needed (Canadian DRL)

Dave,
I thought there was a DRL relay that you can pull. Then all you have to do
is to run switched power to the fog light switch or do the relay jumper
(both recently discussed).
BTW, what's the HIR bulb? I didn't see it listed on Daniel's site.
