[s-cars] Crank Case Pressure and Turbo Smoke?

James,
Thanks for the tip. I am not sure what you mean by banjo bolt
for my Oil Return.
Off the bottom of my center section I just have a straight 90 deg
fitting going to a slight 20 deg swivel coming off the turbo. That goes
into 1" OD hose that then goes in to another straight 90 deg right in to
the oil pan...granted it does flatten out a bit at the bottom of the
slope. The picture you see (http://worldsbeer.com/urs4/P1010023.JPG) is
actually 1 of the 2 coolant lines. However in the same pic you can see
in the mirror the oil return fitting (1 of the 2 allen screws with a
drop of oil on it) holding the OR fitting in place.
My lines look like:
http://www.034efi.com/images/20vOilWaterKit.JPG except my OR line is a
straight 90 deg and 90 on each side doesn't take that right angle as
seen in the pic.
Or am I on crack?
Thx
Cody

Cody,
Try Ditching the banjo bolt drain. I think that is a poor choice for an
oil drain fitting.
Very restrictive.
Install a proper T04 Oil drain flange and a 90deg aeroquip fitting.
