[s-cars] Looking for Carbon Fiber Console Trim (AC control trim)

As Igor says, it does not exist.  However, oddly enough, I was just
thinking about how it could be made to exist.  Is anyone familiar enough
with carbon fibre cloth to know whether the little blue thread that is
in the 93 S4 CF trim is a standard thing or an Audi only exclusive?  I
can't figure out why the 92 and 94 S4 had wood trim around the AC and
ashtray and the 93's only got black plastic.  Anything other than real
CF trim (in resin like the doors, etc) would look tacky.
