[s-cars] URS4 vs Biturbo S4

Also late to the fore, but the only 2 chance encounters I had with a
Biturbo S4's was on a return trip from Philadelphia. The first one was
at highway speeds clearing a traffic jam, vs. what appeared to be a
stock B5 S4, my S6 has an MRC Stage 1 chip, I ran, he bolted after me,
and couldn't stay with me. We diced like this for a couple of miles,
so I'd say I could out run him (at least in a straight line, my
current knowledge base says Miss Piggy can't turn like a B5). The
second encounter (same trip) was with a modded B5 S4. He showed me
taillights in a way that was somewhat embarrasing. Twice. He then
slowed, gave a thumbs up and went down his ramp to North Jersey.
