Peter-
If the roads are regularly cleared, I'd recommend the WRs- they drive much
like
a "regular" all-season tire, halfway decent dry handling, excellent in light
snow,
decent in the rain. Not squishy like typical snow tires, it won't be as much
of a
drastic change, makes it a much more comfortable transition from summer
tires.
I'm going to go to WRs in 205/50R17 for the STi probably next year- similar
size
and weight to the 325i.
