[s-cars] T-belt service question - specifically the cam pulley

I just went through this on my 90q20v. Yes, as long as the t-belt is still
attached and tensioned, you can rotate the crank and install the crank lock.
Use a 24 mm socket (I think) and with a quick flick, loosen the cam bolt, but
do NOT remove it, it will put a little strain on the t-belt, but not enough to
damage it. Loosen the crank pulley bolt (27 mm) with breaker bar, but do NOT
remove. Remove crank lock tool and line up timing marks.

Now you can remove the cam pulley and crank pulley (harmonic balancer). While
you have the cam pulley off, change the seal and now is the time to replace
the cam position sensor as insurance.
