I'd talk with the Audi dismantlers. Chris at force5auto.com
comes to mind.  They may be able to supply all the parts
you need with a single call.

As for matching the woodwork, if what you find/get does not
match, I'd consider spray-painting it a dull gray/black/
charcoal to match the plastic surrounding the radio. You'd
still have matching woodwork on the ash tray.
