[s-cars] more boost with rs2 turbo

Depending on the software, I've seen 2.6 to 2.9 bar absolute. I found
the higher boost software too aggressive and it allowed too much timing
advance, causing detonation even with 94 octane (RON+MON/2). I switched
to a different chipset which allows 2.6 bar and the engine does not
detonate.

Its quite possible that the spring is stiffer on the RS2, the part
numbers for the wastegate are different, 034 145 705E (RS2) and 034 145
705B (AAN).
